The best RPG on the Switch
The original Xenoblade Chronicles was one of my favorite games I've ever played, the graphics were the only downside with the original and thanks to Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition that one problem is solved.
There are about 20 different and beautiful locations that you can explore throughout the game, all with amazing music. The story that unfolds in this world is one of the best parts of the game and this is mainly because all the characters have fantastic English voice acting. They all fight completely differently and they learn new techniques after a while. There are a few details that make your experience much better, your HP restores after each battle and as long as you're not fighting, you can jump from location to location whenever you want, to name two examples.
There is only one reason why this game can sometimes be difficult to recommend; it takes about 60 hours to complete and that's not even counting the many sidequests and the new content 'Future Connected'. I can understand that not everyone has the time to finish this game, but if the length is not a problem for you or even sounds like an advantage, this game is definitely worth your money!
