Great multiplayer experience, but repetitive gameplay South Park: Snow Day! is the first multiplayer South Park game since the N64 titles from 1999. I bought the game on the release date because I am a huge South Park fan. Despite being a big fan, my opinion on this game is mixed.
Starting with the multiplayer, which is also the main aspect of the game: you can play with 1 to 4 players, both in split-screen, locally, and online. This makes South Park: Snow Day! a fun multiplayer experience. Unfortunately, I found the gameplay a bit dull. One positive aspect of South Park: Snow Day! is the traditional humor you know from previous games and the series. There are dozens of hilarious cutscenes and voice lines in the game that elevate the overall experience. You will often find yourself laughing out loud.
Do I recommend South Park: Snow Day!? If you haven't played South Park: The Fractured But Whole yet, I would recommend that one first. Even though that game doesn't have multiplayer, it is much better in terms of gameplay. If you have already finished it, then this is a decent game to try. Just don't expect the same high standards as with South Park: The Fractured But Whole. Hide.
