Finally, a top game again! Sonic Mania Plus is finally a good Sonic game again. SEGA has been producing a series of not very good Sonic games for years. So, it's really great to see that there is finally a top game again.
The gameplay is great and the music is even better, although the game can be quite challenging at times, which can be seen as either an advantage or a disadvantage. Also, the game is not very long, which is a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, I definitely recommend this game. It may be completed in 5 to 10 hours, but those hours are definitely worth it.

Top-notch Fanservice Sonic Mania Plus may look like an old Sonic game, but looks can be deceiving. While the graphics pay homage to the beloved old 2D Sonic games that fans adore, each level is actually new and specially designed for this fresh Sonic adventure.
This makes Sonic Mania Plus a fantastic treat for die-hard Sonic enthusiasts. The game takes the Sonic franchise back to its roots, offering an authentic platforming experience like no other.
Lastly, the game also allows for split-screen multiplayer, so you can enjoy it with a friend or family member, which is always a nice bonus.

Perfect Controls and Gameplay with Favourite Characters Sonic Mania Plus for the Nintendo Switch is one of the best games of all time for me. The controls are perfect, making the gameplay smooth and challenging. The graphics are colourful and vibrant, which really brings the game to life. The boss fights are always enjoyable. Sonic and Ray are my favourite characters to play as; their speed and unique abilities make it fantastic!

They knew exactly what to take from the older 2D Sonic games from the 90s and also added some fantastic new levels! The multiplayer function and the characters Mighty and Ray are fun additions as well.
