Monopoly with extras
I've already spent quite a few hours on Monopoly for Nintendo Switch. Playing alone can be fun (you play against the computer and can choose the difficulty level yourself), as this way you can unlock all sorts of extra tokens.
However, the game is much more enjoyable when played with others (each with their own Joy-Con or passing the controller around), and just like the board game, a match can be short or very long. You do have some control over it by, for example, setting house rules, adding new cards, choosing different winning conditions (like earning 500 in rent), or adding a luck die. The system of negotiating with others can be a bit tricky for younger children, as it involves using many buttons.
It's also possible to play online with others. This requires a Nintendo Switch Online subscription. What makes the game even more fun is the fact that there are different boards available!
