The goal of Kirby and the Forgotten Land is to rescue Waddle Dees. You do this by finding secret passages or completing a level. Each level has hidden Waddle Dees and tasks. You don't know beforehand what those tasks are.
There are different lands. And in those lands, there are several levels and a boss. Every time you defeat the boss, you can move on to the next land. And there are new levels there.
There is also a Waddle Dee village. There you can do various things. But you need enough Waddle Dees. For example, you can build a restaurant. At the restaurant, you can work or get food. Hide.

Loads of Fun! I had a blast playing Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Finally finished a game, which is quite rare for me. I think it's because the game offers a lot of variety, enjoyable optional challenges, and you always feel like you're making progress.
The two-player option was a bit disappointing; in the end, we both controlled Kirby by each holding a Joy-Con. The ultimate teamwork experience! =)

Incredibly fun game, lots to discover! I absolutely love Kirby and the Forgotten Land! Right from level 1, the music is stunningly beautiful, and the environment of each level is truly gorgeous. The great thing is that you are free to play each level as you like. You can defeat all the enemies and collect all the little coins. But you can also run through the level quickly or purposefully. It's really nice that it's an open-world game. Even on the world map, there are special challenges hidden, some of which you have to discover yourself! These are also really fun to play.
And Waddle Dee Village is quite amusing too. It's a nice addition to the game, with several small activities to enjoy.
Finally, after defeating the final boss, you can play a new part of the story. This is also very enjoyable.

In Kirby and the Forgotten Land, there are quite a few glitches. The hammer super jump explained around 7:06 in the video is a fun one to try out for yourself!
In the game Kirby and the Forgotten Land, there are 3 secret HAL Rooms to discover. In these rooms, you can collect a lot of coins, or even a figure from the collection! They are bonus rooms and are not necessary to complete the game.
The first room can be found in level 3 of world 1. Make sure you have the adventurer ability at the end of the level. Instead of heading towards the Waddle-Dee cage, go right at the end and try to reach the tree. From there, you can shoot at the targets in the background to unlock a secret passage.
The second room is in level 4 of world 3. Midway through the level, you'll encounter 3 circling robots in the top left of the screen. In the middle of the circle, there's an opening on the side. If you then finish with auto-Kirby exactly 86 seconds later, the HAL letters will appear, along with a ton of coins.
The third room is located in level 3 of world 6. Here, you'll enter a large building at the entrance, which you can't walk around. You'll find yourself in a long corridor with walls that try to squash you. When you reach the end of the corridor, you need to do something special. There are 4 crates in the right wall that you need to break through. After that, you can climb onto the moving wall. From that spot, you need to make your way back to the starting point of the level from above. A ladder will have appeared there. If you climb the ladder, you'll reach the third HAL room, packed with loads of coins!
