Amazing Controller!
Gamepad Controller Third Party is one of the best controllers I've seen for the Nintendo Switch in a long time. It solves all the issues you may have with the Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Controllers in handheld mode.

Starting with the size of the controllers. The Gamepad Controller Third Party is much larger than the original Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Controllers. This is great for someone with fairly large hands. The buttons are also very large and satisfying to press.

The controller also features HD Rumble. The rumble is quite intense, which can be seen as both a plus and a minus. For games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Stardew Valley, this is great. But for other games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe where a lot of rumble is used during drifting, it may be less enjoyable.

Additionally, the right joystick has been moved upwards, swapping places with the A-B-X-Y buttons. This is particularly advantageous for shooters, think of Fortnite and Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville.

So, do I recommend the Gamepad Controller Third Party? Absolutely! The controller does have its drawbacks, but it is definitely the best way to game handheld on the Nintendo Switch!

How do I connect my Third Party Gamepad Controller?
Connecting the Third Party Gamepad Controller is very easy. Simply slide the screen of the Nintendo Switch into the holder of the Third Party Gamepad Controller. Sometimes, there may be potential complications with this process. If the controller is still not connected after this step, you need to do the following.

What to do if the Third Party Gamepad Controller doesn't connect?
In almost all cases, it has to do with your settings. Step 1 is to go to your system settings, which are located at the bottom right next to the power button. Step 2 is to look for the section "Controllers and sensors". Here, you can find a box with the text "Wired Pro Controller Connection". You need to turn this on so that the Third Party Gamepad Controller can connect to the system. If this doesn't work, there's a possible step 3, which involves performing a controller update. The option "Update Controllers" can be found under the "Controllers and sensors" section from step 2. After you've updated the controller, it's advisable to repeat step 2. Most likely, your controller should now work, and you're ready to play!
