Not a bad story, but poor performance
Blacksad features a fairly interesting story set in the 1950s. The issue with this game lies in its performance. The controls are not always responsive, there are quite a few bugs, and there's even a game-breaking clue. If you miss this clue, you won't be able to obtain it later, halting your progress in the game.
During my playthrough, Blacksad: Under the Skin crashed twice, and there were several instances where a previous scene overlay persisted, even when I had moved on to the next scene, forcing me to restart the game.
Additionally, some areas in the game are excessively dark, making it difficult to see what's happening.
The story, music, and characters are all well done, but the performance of this game significantly detracts from the overall experience.
