The goal of the game is to upgrade and rebuild your clinic by achieving as many surgeries and goals as possible. Each surgery and goal you accomplish rewards you with coins that you can use to upgrade the clinic and purchase new items. Additionally, you can personalize your clinic by decorating it with items to your liking. At the end of each day, you receive XP points that help you level up and unlock new spaces and opportunities.
Overall, this personally isn't really my cup of tea, but for the target audience, this is definitely a good game. It's simple, fun, and fast-paced, offering enough options to personalize the clinic. I believe this would be a good purchase for your little sister or another younger family member. It might not appeal to older players, especially boys.
