As a seasoned Nintendo gamer, I'm always up for trying out every game. So, when I got my hands on the Wii U, I was quite surprised by the Wii U Party game. I was expecting something similar from 1-2 Switch. Fun short games to play with friends. However, at first glance, this game does have the same downside, namely the price. For a game that you only play a few times and then quickly set aside, it does come with a hefty price tag.
On the other hand, the joy-con controls make up for a lot. There are fun mini-games that really showcase what you can do with the joy-cons and how to handle them. It's a fun party game with a whole list of mini-games that will have you laughing out loud at times, because try keeping a serious and focused face while pretending to milk a cow.
